Holiday City at Berkeley is a large, popular adult community in Ocean County, NJ. Boasting comparatively low taxes, about the lowest HOA fees in the area, a large selection of floor plans and about 10,000 homes among 5 associations, it truly is a “city” within Berkeley Township. Medical facilities, a variety of eateries, a mini mall and even a movie theatre are all accessible without ever having to leave the community.

Anchored by Route 37, several main roads lead into the development, Mule Road being the furthest East and Bimini Drive being the furthest West, with Bananier and St. Catherine’s in between.  Extended shopping options are available within minutes of the community, and the beautiful white sand beaches of the Jersey Shore are less than 15 minutes away.
